What we do not do
- Non-skilled attendant care only, within our Class B license.
- We do not provide skilled nursing, therapy, or medical treatment.
- We work alongside home health and outpatient teams rather than replacing them.

How quickly can you start after discharge?+
Call the intake line as soon as a discharge date is discussed. We can usually complete the assessment before discharge or within 24 to 48 hours of arriving home, and start care the same week.
Do you take referrals directly from discharge planners?+
Yes. Referral partners can send a referral through the partner form on this site or call the intake line. We confirm receipt within minutes and update you on the outcome.
