Caregivers

You are the face of this company. We hire like we mean it.

A Daughter's Love does not put founders on the website. It puts caregivers there. If you are good at the physical side of care and want a small team that backs you, read on.

Why caregivers stay

  • Paid training before your first shift

The 20-hour Medicaid PCA curriculum, two-person transfer training, CPR and First Aid. We pay for it and we pay you for the hours.

  • Consistent clients, not a rotation

Complex care depends on familiarity. You will know your clients, and they will know you.

  • Two people when it takes two

We schedule a second caregiver for transfers that need one. Nobody improvises a lift alone.

  • A small agency that answers the phone

Two owners, a coordinator, and a text back within minutes. That is the whole chain of command.

Pay rates and shift structure are stated in the first call, in numbers.
