Complex Mobility
A spinal cord injury, MS, or a brain injury changed how every day works. Most agencies send a companion. You need someone who can do the transfer.
Attendant care from caregivers trained in two-person transfers, for people living with SCI, MS, brain injury, and related conditions.

- Range-of-motion support as directed by your therapy team (non-skilled)
- Light housekeeping tied to the care routine
- Companionship and community outings when appropriate
How we pay for it
- Private pay

Questions about complex mobility
What does two-person transfer training actually mean?+
Every ADL caregiver completes the 20-hour Medicaid Personal Care Aide curriculum plus transfer training that covers pivot transfers, slide boards, and coordinated two-person lifts. For clients who need it, we schedule two caregivers for the transfer window rather than sending one person and hoping.
Can you work alongside my home health nurse or therapist?+
Yes. Attendant care and skilled care are different services and often run side by side. We coordinate schedules so the day makes sense for you, and we stay inside our non-skilled scope.
How fast can care start?+
Our intake line is answered 24/7. After the first call we schedule an in-home assessment, usually within 48 hours, and care begins as soon as the care plan and caregiver match are confirmed.
