Post-Acute Recovery Care

A Daughter’s Love provides short-episode, non-skilled personal care and mobility assistance for individuals transitioning home after hospitalization, rehabilitation, or another period of recovery. Care can help with personal needs, mobility, and transfers that fall within the agency’s current Class B license while the individual returns to their regular routine.

This service is positioned for situations where care needs begin promptly and may be needed for a limited period following discharge. The agency can work with families and referral sources to understand the individual’s needs and the appropriate scope of attendant care. A Daughter’s Love does not provide skilled medical care, nursing treatment, or services outside its current Class B license.
